Ocean 27 Ocean Front is a family-owned, pet-friendly oceanfront hotel right on the Virginia Beach boardwalk at 27th & Atlantic. Dogs and cats are welcome in every one of our 38 oceanfront rooms, so you don't get stuck with a "pet room" at the back of the building. Your dog gets the same private balcony and Atlantic view you do.
Pet fees

Dogs on the beach and boardwalk
Virginia Beach has seasonal rules for dogs on the resort-area beach and boardwalk, with restrictions during the summer season and more freedom in the off-season and at certain hours. Please check the City of Virginia Beach's current rules before your walk, keep your dog leashed, and bring bags. For an off-leash run, ask the front desk about the nearest dog park. First Landing State Park, a short drive north, allows leashed dogs on its trails.

- Please don't leave pets unattended in the room for long periods, and let housekeeping know if your pet is inside.

No. We are a three-story exterior-corridor hotel. If you'd prefer a lower floor for an older dog, contact us before booking and we'll do our best to arrange it.
