Every photo of the ocean in this gallery was taken from a guest balcony or patio. All 38 rooms at Ocean 27 are true oceanfront, so the view of the Atlantic, the sand and the Virginia Beach boardwalk is the same one you'll wake up to. Dolphins pass most summer mornings. See the room types.
The boardwalk at our door
The hotel sits at 27th Street and Atlantic Avenue, with the boardwalk and beach directly in front. There is no street to cross and no shuttle — you step off the property and onto the sand. The gardens between the hotel and the beach are yours to enjoy too. More on our boardwalk location.
The pool and sun lounge
The seasonal outdoor pool is open 9 AM to 9 PM with loungers and umbrellas, and the sun lounge is a shaded spot for a book between swims. Both are steps from every room. Browse all hotel amenities.
Rooms, lobby and free parking
Rooms were newly renovated with two double beds or a king, a 55-inch TV, fridge and microwave. The breezy lobby and 24-hour front desk are where our family welcomes yours, and the entrance photo shows the free guest parking — one spot per room, included with every stay. Pets are welcome as well.
