Is Ocean 27 pet friendly?
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome. The pet fee is $30 per pet per night for pets under 50 lbs and $60 per pet per night for pets over 50 lbs. See our pet-friendly page for details.
Is parking free at Ocean 27?
Yes. Free on-site parking is included with every room, one spot per room, and no reservation is needed.
What is the minimum age to check in?
Guests must be 21 or older to check in. A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Groups of five or more rooms are subject to different policies, so please contact us directly.
Is there an elevator?
No. Ocean 27 is a three-story exterior-corridor hotel without an elevator. If stairs are a concern, contact us before booking and we will do our best to place you on a lower floor.
Do all rooms have an oceanfront balcony?
Yes. Every room is oceanfront with a private furnished balcony or patio facing the Atlantic and the Virginia Beach boardwalk.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes. All rooms are non-smoking, and there is a designated outdoor smoking area on the property.
